Hi,
No problem, I’m glad that we could help :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi John,
We recently updated the forum so that users without valid support licences cannot post on the forum, according to Envato guidelines. If you need to access the support forum again, then please extend your support period with Envato.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see the problem in your screencast, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem on my end. Maybe I missed a step, but in any case, the user scenario is very unlikely to happen. Does the editor go back to normal if you save the page, or reload it? Also, I see that you are using special characters in the text, you might want to try to add the html code for those characters instead, to see if that works better. Please see reference in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey slui,
You have set those columns to have equal height, please try removing that setting, or set a higher pixel value.
Best regards,
RikardHey slui,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #main { margin-top: 99px !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Could you share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can have a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHey crpsoftware,
Thanks for the login details. That is the expected behaviour when using the Layout Builder to create posts, you can use the Image element for your featured image, and the Social Buttons element to add sharing buttons. If you want to add these elements automatically, then please use the default WordPress editor instead.
Best regards,
RikardHey slui,
The settings for that element is coming from Enfold->Advanced Styling. If you want to override that setting, then you can assign a class to the element in question, like so:
<h1 class="white-header">Content</h1>Then add this to Quick CSS:
.white-header { color: #fff !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can login to your site without any problem, but the URL in private redirects to /wp-admin/, I’m not sure if that is your login URL? If it is, then please post a link to where we can see the element which is shown in your screenshot as well.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 2, 2021 at 4:57 am in reply to: Enfold is NOT honoring support puchase from Themeforest #1323229Hi Samuel,
We have recently implemented a new system to check the validity of support, and there might be some bugs which we need to fix. Under what user name are you registered on the forum? If you could share your receipt with us private as well, then that would be appreciated.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Do you mean that the main menu is not full width? If so, then please try CSS like this:
.responsive.html_boxed.html_header_sticky #header { width: 100%; max-width: 100%; }Best regards,

Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .avia-content-slider .slide-entry { width: 100%; margin-left: 0; } }Best regards,

RikardHi,
I can see the script added to the markup on your site, what are you seeing in Google Analytics? You can try to add the code using a function instead, to see if that helps:
function tobias777g_google_analytics(){ ?> YOUR SCRIPT GOES HERE <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'tobias777g_google_analytics');Best regards,

Could you post a link to where we can see the element in question please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and clarification. I still can’t access the page you linked to though, it redirects /wp-admin/. How can we access the page in question?
Best regards,
RikardHey Martijn,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, does it work as expected if you downgrade your PHP version to 7.4 for example? You could also try to disable all plugins, to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jacobus,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You can simply paste login details in the Private Content box. You can use a personal email, or the one in private.

RikardHi Bonnie,
Thanks for the login details. The footer displays as it should when the parent theme is active. Could you try copying the content of header.php from the parent to the child, to see if that helps please? You can add your customisation back into that file after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi elspanko,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marc,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please try to explain the problem a bit further, as I’m not sure I fully understand it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Dustin,
Thanks for the login details. The footer works as expected when the parent theme is active. Could you try copying the parent content of header.php to your child theme header.php to see if that works please? After that you can add your overrides back in to the file in question.
Best regards,
