Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. I see a 406 server error on the file in private when doing that. I’m not sure why that is happening, so you would have to reach out to your hosting provider to check why the server is responding with that error code.
A 406 Not Acceptable status code means that the server is unable to provide a response that matches the client’s requested format, typically specified in the Accept header of the request.
The first step you might want to try is to install a valid SSL certificate, as that might be the cause of the problem.

This is not a known problem and we haven’t had any other users report it either. The page you linked to is loading fine on my end, is there a way to reproduce the results that you are seeing on your end?

Do you have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your license? If not, then I would recommend that you purchase your own license. If you don’t have access to the theme files, then you cannot update or access the theme files. Once you have a license, then you can register on our support forum using your purchase code.

Those files are general WordPress files, they’re not theme specific. Maybe you could try asking this question on a general WordPress support forum?

We can’t help you out with your license unfortunately, you would have to get it from the person who bought it. If you can’t get it, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you want or need to update, or access the theme files.
