Thanks for the update and login details. I see that your site doesn’t have an SSL certificate, and your site location and URL is both using https, and that might be the reason, or part of the problem. Also, did you try disabling all plugins, to see if that changes anything?

All purchases and licensing are handled by Themeforest/Envato, which is the only platform where our theme is available for purchase. If the company you bought the theme from is claiming that they have bought the licenses directly from us, then that is not correct. We can’t be responsible for third party purchases or transactions unfortunately, but I would recommend that you contact the company which you bought the licenses from for clarification.

Hi,

Your setting are applying if logged into WordPress, but not when logged out. That suggests a problem with caching, please try to clear the cache from your caching plugin, or try to disable it temporarily.

Also, you had invalid CSS in Quick CSS, please try replacing it with this:

#top #header .av-main-nav>li>a .avia-menu-text, #top #header .av-main-nav>li>a .avia-menu-subtext {
    color: #004875;
}

Hey vcesena7,

You can set that under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Select to edit the Main Menu Links, then check the Apply only to mouse hover state box, then make your colour selections and save.
