    Hallo, ich verwende für alle meine Kundenprojekte das Theme Enfold und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Tolle Arbeit!

    Nun habe ich auf einer meiner Kundenwebsites das Problem, dass es die “Slideshow volle Breite” nicht mehr in voller Breite anzeigt, obwohl es so eingestellt ist und anfangs auch gut funktioniert hat. Das ist auf jeder Seite dieser Webpräsenz so, auf der es eine “Slideshow volle Breite” gibt.
    Ich kann mir nicht erklären woran das liegt.
    Können Sie mir helfen?
    Freundliche Grüße,
    Almut

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .home .container_wrap_first .container {
        max-width: 100%;
        padding: 0;
    }

    .home .container_wrap_first main.content {
        padding-top: 0;
        padding-bottom: 0;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
    Thanks very much! Unfortunately, this only works on the start page and not on the other pages with full-screen sliders.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I see that you are overriding the full screen slider in your child theme, and it’s working as it should when I activate the parent theme. Please try replacing the files in the shortcodes folder in your child theme with the parent theme files. You can add your customisations back in after that.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thanks for the answer. In which folder can I find the files in the parent theme?

    Hi,

    You can find them under /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/

    Hi Rikard,
    Unfortunately that doesn’t work. It does not show a slider, instead the following field message:
    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method avia_slideshow::default_args() in /var/www/web23585996/html/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/shortcodes/slideshow_fullsize.php:995 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/web23585996/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-shortcode-template.php(1264): avia_sc_slider_full->shortcode_handler(Array, ‘<br />\n[av_slid…’, ‘av_slideshow_fu…’, Array) #1 /var/www/web23585996/html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(356): aviaShortcodeTemplate->shortcode_handler_prepare(Array, ‘<br />\n[av_slid…’, ‘av_slideshow_fu…’) #2 [internal function]: do_shortcode_tag(Array) #3 /var/www/web23585996/html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php(228): preg_replace_callback(‘/\\[(\\[?)(av_sli…’, ‘do_shortcode_ta…’, ‘[av_slideshow_f…’) #4 /var/www/web23585996/html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(303): do_shortcode(‘[av_slideshow_f…’) #5 /var/www/web23585996/html/wp-includes/plugin.php(189): WP_Hook->apply_filters(‘[av_slideshow_f…’, Array) #6 /var/www/web23585996/html/wp in /var/www/web23585996/html/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/shortcodes/slideshow_fullsize.php on line 995

    Hi,

    Please try to delete the file you are overriding, then copy it over from your parent theme, and make sure that it’s working as it should. You can add your customisations back in after that. If you don’t want to override the element in question, then simply delete the file from your child theme.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
    I did everything exactly the same, the error is still there. When I delete the file from the child theme I get the same error message.
    I am helpless…

    Leute auf einer Woocommerceseite in neuester Version sehe ich den Slideshow (volleBreite) nicht mehr. Weder in dem Reiter Mediaelemente noch in den Performance Einstelliungen ? Das ist ja super strange

    #1426814

    Hi,
    Raphael this is strange as we are not able to reproduce this situation. Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. Also check that the element doesn’t have the visibility option set to hidden for the specific screen size.
    If you continue to experience this issue please open a new thread so we can assist, as this is not your thread and posting your admin login here will not be private and you will not see our comments in the Private Content area, thank you.

    Best regards,
    Mike
