Hi Bobby,

We just recently implemented a check on the support forum to see if users have valid support periods, since it’s a requirement from Envato/Themeforest. If you don’t have a valid support period anymore, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support. The theme license you bought is valid for life, but support is not.

I’m not sure what your exact requirements are in terms of SEO, but it should likely be possible using our theme. We can help you out with small changes to the theme on the support forum, if you should decide to use our theme.

Hi,

Thanks for that. It looks to be the floating buttons which are causing problems. Please try this in Quick CSS to see if it helps:
```
#custom_html-5 {
      top: -200px;
}
```
If not, then it might be better to place that content in for example header.php, which you can override in a child theme.

Thanks for the update. When you purchase a theme, then 6 months of support is included with that. So you if you haven’t bought a theme license or extended support within the last 6 month, then you don’t have a valid support period anymore.

You can add an ID and classes to most elements in the Advanced->Developer Settings tab in the element options. If you can’t see that on your end, then please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (4.8.7.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
