Hi,
Great, I’m glad that Nikko could help you out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHey jb84,
It looks like it’s being hidden by the padding you have applying to the column, 200 pixels on each side. Please try copying the element, and hide the current one for mobile. Then remove the padding from the new element, and hide it for all screens, except mobile.
Best regards,
RikardHi Thomas,
I see that the site is running an old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the license, then you will likely have to buy it again: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

The version you are running is very old, and not compatible with the current version of WordPress. Could you copy the site to a staging site and update there first, so that we can see the actual problem?

First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardNovember 11, 2021 at 7:27 am in reply to: Can I have a "Partially" Transparent & Glossy Header ?? #1328610Hi Nancy,
If your CSS is working, then I don’t see a problem with it. If you want it to apply only to your home page, then please try this CSS instead:
.home .av_header_transparency #header_meta { background: #122348; }Best regards,
RikardHey Alexandervc33,
This CSS in Quick CSS seems to be causing that to happen:
.home span.logo { left: 50%; -webkit-transform: translate(-50%,0); -ms-transform: translate(-50%,0); transform: translate(-50%,0); }If you only want that to apply to screen sizes above mobile, then please change it to this:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .home span.logo { left: 50%; -webkit-transform: translate(-50%,0); -ms-transform: translate(-50%,0); transform: translate(-50%,0); } }Best regards,

It’s working on my end, please see screenshot in private. Try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You can test it yourself here: https://gtmetrix.com/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and login details. I see the problem on the page you linked to if I’m logged out, but not when logged in. That would indicate a caching problem. I tried clearing the cache from your plugin, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Could you disable it temporarily to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can access Appearance fine, but I wanted to check your PHP version, which you can do in the Enfold theme options. Anyway, I activated Enfold and it working as it should, without any error messages. I’m guessing that you are currently running PHP 7.4?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you want a layout like your example page, then please try setting the layout to Stretched instead, then add this to Quick CSS:
html { border: 20px solid red; }Best regards,
RikardHi Filipp,
I agree, it’s not cheap to renew support. But since it’s a requirement from Themeforest, we have to comply with their rules.
I’m glad to hear that the CSS worked, please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. A license problem should not generate fatal errors, so I don’t think that is the problem. We have tested the theme with PHP 8 extensively, so I’m not sure what the problem is on your site unfortunately. If you should need further help with this problem, then please put the test site back, so that we can check the problem there. Otherwise, then please continue using PHP 7.4 on your live site, and don’t update the PHP version there, until you have verified that it’s working on a test or staging site.

RikardNovember 10, 2021 at 2:09 pm in reply to: Post not refreshing caching problem? SSL issues also #1328500Hey ALPS4U,
I’m seeing 10 items under this header: A SELECTION OF OUR HOTELS FOR SALE IN SWITZERLAND PLEASE USE THE ARROWS TO BROWSE THE CATALOUGE.. Is that correct? If so, then please try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can try to add your code below the body tag in header.php, to see if it works from there. You could also add it using a function in functions.php if you prefer that:
function add_floating_buttons_below_body_tag() { ?> YOUR CODE GOES HERE <?php } add_action('wp_body_open', 'add_floating_buttons_below_body_tag');Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I changed it to 1500 pixels, and it’s working as it should on my end. Please make sure that you check the results in an incognito or private browser window.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that the user you sent us has admin rights, but I can’t see the Enfold menu in the WordPress sidebar for some reason? I tried the direct URL as well, but there’s a WordPress error message saying that the user doesn’t have rights to access the page.

RikardNovember 10, 2021 at 1:46 pm in reply to: Cross-Origin Request Blocked: Font loading blocked on English WPML #1328494Hi,
A few lines of .htaccess code should not slow down your server, how did you test the results?
I’m not sure how you have configured WPML, but I’m guessing that your two sites are using the same WordPress installation? That means that the installation files will only be present in one place. If you are looking for a different solution than using .htaccess, then please try uploading the font in question manually to your other site, and import it with CSS.
Best regards,
