It’s big now on my end in both browsers. If you were seeing the correct size when logged in, then that is because caching plugin won’t show cached content to logged in users.

Thanks for the update. Enfold is fully compatible with multisite setups, so it’s very likely that the problem is a local server setting. Could you share the error logs which I asked for?

We’re not aware of any direct conflicts, but you will have to try which settings work and which doesn’t in the plugin.

The first h1 on your home page is displaying very small on my end in both Safari and Chrome. I see that your site resources are cached/minified. Could you try clearing that, or deactivate the plugin temporarily to see if that changes anything please?

It’s possible to login to your site if I use a VPN service. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if that changes anything please?

Thanks for that. I see the same problem when the default WordPress theme is active, so this is likely a problem with WPML, or some sort of conflict from another plugin. Did you try to deactivate all plugins except the WPML plugins? If that doesn’t help, then please try reaching out to WPML support, as they should be in a better place to help you out with this.

Yes, your home page load fine on my end too, the error occurs on the WordPress login page though, so we can’t login to the backend.
Also, when and how are you seeing the error message you sent? Is anything not working as it should on your site, aside from the 503 error, or did you only get an email? If you only got an email, it might only have been something temporary.Best regards,

Thanks for the update, I see the same problem on my end as well unfortunately. Does the same problem happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? We can try it out for you, if you give us permission to install one of the default WordPress themes, and activate it temporarily.
