Are you usig OVH hosting? If so, then importing will likely not be possible because of their server configuration. Your alternatives are to import the demo on a different or local site, then migrate it using a migration plugin. You could also copy the shortcodes of the demo manually. The last option is likely the easiest one, let us know if you would like us to do that for you.

We cannot reproduce this problem, and no other users have reported it either. That means that it’s very likely a problem which is local to your site. Do you have a staging site or a local site where you can test it maybe? Please note that the error message is coming from a core WordPress file, not a theme file.
