RikardHi,
Thanks for the video and login details. I wanted to check the content in your child theme, but the Appearance->Editor functionality is turned off. Could you activate that option, or share FTP login details with us as well please? Also, is it ok if we should temporarily activate the parent theme and deactivate plugins for testing purposes?
We cannot CC your developer unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHey Ivana,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

We would need to inspect the problem elements in order to help you out. Could you copy the site to a staging area, and update there please?

RikardHi,
1. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
2. Try this in Quick CSS:
#custom_html-3 img { margin-right: 10px; }3. And this:
#footer-page #av_section_2 .content { padding-top: 0; padding-bottom: 0; }4. There looks to be a paragraph at the very top of your footer page, please try removing that.
5. There’s an element at the bottom of the layout with the class wp-block-spacer added to it, please try removing it.
In the future, please open separate threads for each of your problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .footer_left p { text-align: left !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see the problem on your front page, but it seems to go away once the second slide becomes active, which make is difficult to inspect the problem in the browser. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins? If not, then please try to activate debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then copy all the shortcodes from the problem page, to a new page.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see the problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test installation. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? If not then you can try to activate the parent theme as well, or recreate the element on a test page.

Thanks for the login details. I can’t reproduce this problem on a test installation, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if that makes any difference?

It works as it should when logged out, but not when logged in. That means it’s likely a problem with caching, please try clearing the cache from your plugin or deactivate it temporarily to see if that changes anything. We are not aware of any conflicts between Enfold and Gravity Forms.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Thanks for that. I’ve updated the file in question, please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sibylle,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Your client is running a very old version of the theme, so updating to the latest version should likely solve the problem.
The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
We can help you out if you should have any problems with the update.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 16, 2021 at 1:57 pm in reply to: Bilder werden in der Mediathek nicht mehr angezeigt. #1333130Hi,
Thanks for the update. I logged in successfully via FTP, but the folders in private don’t seem to contain your WordPress installation. Where exactly is it located? If you open the file in question via FTP, then you can simply paste all the content from the new file, then upload the file again.
Best regards,
