Hi,
This CSS seems to be causing that to happen:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .logo { display: flex; } }It looks to be added in your child theme, could you try removing or altering it please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Mihoyo,
We can’t search for numbers in our support forum, could you link directly to the thread you are referring to please?
Also, what problems are you having while logging into the support forum? If you need to extend your support period, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

RikardHi Lauro,
Your theme license is valid for life, but you will need to extend your support period if you need access to the support forum: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You can try to set a minimum height to list items using this CSS:
ul.pricing-table li { height: 80px; min-height: 80px; } ul.pricing-table li.avia-heading-row { height: 40px; min-height: 40px; }Best regards,

RikardHi,
Please try this in functions.php:
function add_fb_domain_verification(){ ?> <meta name="facebook-domain-verification" content="9y9ff7ytzccxx0dw747spvek85b6pc" /> <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'add_fb_domain_verification');You don’t need to add anything in header.php, and you can remove the code from analytics field in the theme options.
Best regards,
RikardHey Ron,

RikardHey WebThings,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also please make sure to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey marcusss,
You can do that with a Color Section element for example. You can set your preferred height in the element options. You will need to add a class to it in the Advanced tab if you want your divider to be less than 100 pixels. You can name your class color-section-divider for example, then add this to Quick CSS:
.color-section-divider .content { padding-top: 0; padding-bottom: 0; }Best regards,

RikardHi,
No, we don’t have those exact devices available for testing unfortunately. Is this problem reproducible on other devices, except for the already mentioned ones?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
.single-product div.container_wrap { background: url(https://www.toysanarchy.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/annie-spratt-background-scaled.jpg); }Best regards,
RikardHi Daniel,
We can’t really say why the files disappeared unfortunately. If you should have this problem again, then please share server error logs with us.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What exactly are you looking to style on your site? If you need help with a header widget, then please add some content to it. Otherwise we can’t see the ID of the element.

Thanks for that. It works as expected when the parent theme is active, so this is caused by something in your child theme. I tried looking for the cause, but I couldn’t find it unfortunately. Maybe you have a clue as to which customisation you added might be causing this?
Best regards,
Rikard -
