Hi Sabine,
If you follow the suggestion above, then you will have to add something like this to your Quick CSS box:
.alternate-font { font-family: 'juniper'; }Thanks for helping out @guenni007 :-)
Best regards,
RikardHey loumirak11,
If you add that function to your functions.php file, then it should go back to the way it used to work.
Best regards,
RikardHi Oliver,
Thanks for the update. So everything is working as it should now then?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Still no problem on my end, checked in 3 different browser and in incognito/private mode.
Best regards,
RikardHey emanuelecocchiaro,
Please try this in your functions.php file:
function ava_custom_css_admin_mod() { echo '<style> .wp-core-ui .attachments:after { visibility: hidden; display: block; font-size: 0; content: " "; clear: both; height: 0; } </style>'; } add_action('admin_head', 'ava_custom_css_admin_mod');Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I still can’t see any problem with the font sizes, since they are corresponding to your element settings. How exactly did it work before, and which version of the theme were you running then?
The second problem is likely a theme problem. Please try to replace /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcode-helpers/class-avia-slideshow.php with this file: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_8_9/alb/class-avia-slideshow.php. We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so, and if you include FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that we could help. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Could you post a link to where we can see your menu please?

RikardHi 19digital,
Thanks for the login details. I had a look at your site, and it seems like you have restored a backup, and that your site is working as it should? If you should need further help with this, then please try copying the site to a staging area, and update there first. If you have server error logs, then please share them with us as well.
Thanks to @dern1ck for helping out :-)

RikardFebruary 3, 2022 at 6:33 am in reply to: Development server THEN Production license questions #1338622Hi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out to us. You would only need one license for your setup, using the same license for a development and live site is perfectly fine.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
We can’t know how you have customised header.php in your child theme unfortunately. If you are not overriding or adding anything to that file, then you can simply remove it from your child theme.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.9) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Armin,
Thanks for the update. I can see the same problem on my end, but simply saving the second Content Slider updated it on my end. Could you try that with the others too please?
About the Text Block problem; please enable debug mode so that we can copy the shortcodes of the problem page to a test page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so.
Best regards,
RikardHey Toby,
Thanks for reaching out to us. A theme license is valid for life, so you should not have to purchase anything. Do you have access to your Themeforest account? If so, then you can download the latest version of the theme there. If you don’t have access to the account which purchased your theme license, then you can buy another license here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I had a look at your home page, and I see the same problem there. I think it might be caused by the Google Reviews, what happens if you remove that? If you want to create a test page, then you can enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. After that you can copy all your shortcodes to a new page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .container_wrap_first { margin-top: -43px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Will,
Thanks for that, I can’t see a password in the details you posted though, could you include that as well please? There seems to be a htaccess login prompt before the login page is loaded also, please include details for that as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and clarification. Maybe you will have better luck with an alternative plugin?
Best regards,
RikardHi Muriel,
Thanks for that. Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. If you could include the screenshots in the new thread, then that would be appreciated as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried following your instructions, but it seems to be working as expected on my end. Could you post screenshots of the problem you are seeing on your end please? You can upload them to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur or Snipboard, then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for that, there’s a . missing in the CSS I sent you. Please try this instead:
.html_header_top.html_header_topbar_active.html_header_sticky.html_large #top #main { padding-top: 177px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Did you add a token to the theme options? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi Holger,
Thanks for the update. It’s ok if you can’t post a screenshot of the problem, but we would need to see the actual problem on your site. I checked the About page on your site, but I can’t see the problem there. Does it only happen on a specific page?
Best regards,
RikardHi loumirak11,
That type of functionality is not available in the theme unfortunately. You might be able to find a plugin or third party code which can do that for you though.
Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems @Hurricane.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can login if I use a VPN service, so I’m guessing you are blocking some IP ranges. I see the problem you are describing on my end as well, and the 404 messages seem to be server error pages, not WordPress error pages. I’m not sure why that is happening, but I would recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can help you out further. Also please try deactivating all plugins and remove any customisations you might have added to the site, to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
Rikard -
