Hey Michael,

We’re trying to put out new demos on a regular basis, but developing functionality in the theme has priority over that.

About the examples you sent; did you check out the SVG Dividers option in the Color Section element?

Thanks for that. I tried it out, and the same thing seems to happen on my end- I’m not sure why that happens, but setting your front page again in the theme options seems to work, and the line break sticks as well. Please review your site.

Hi NIck,

We’re not that familiar with wordpress.com hosting unfortunately, you might want to reach out to their support for clarification and further help. Deleting pages manually in WordPress won’t leave any extra files, but there might be records left in the database.

Hey Alisa,

That message appears when you are adding html markup and something is not closed properly, please check so that all your html tags are properly closed. If you don’t have access to the theme files, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you won’t be able to update the theme, and you might run into problems with newer versions of WordPress and PHP.

Thanks for the login details.

1. Since you have a transparent header on the front page, you need to set a separate logo under Enfold->Header->Transparency Options.

2. This is likely not theme related, does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes?

3. Where can we see and reproduce this problem? If it’s possible for you to test earlier PHP versions, then please do so. If things worked as they should running 7.4, then please try that out first of all.

Thanks for that. I wanted to try out a fix, but Appearance->Theme Editor is deactivated on your installation. If you want to try to add it yourself, then please replace /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcode-helpers/class-avia-slideshow.php with this file: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_8_9/alb/class-avia-slideshow.php. We can do it for you if you share FTP login details as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
