Thanks for the login details. It’s working as it should when I disable footer.php and header.php in your child theme. Could you try updating those files with the content from the parent theme to see if that helps please? You can add your customisations back in after that.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m not sure I fully understand the problem you are having, but updating to the latest version (4.9) of the theme should hopefully resolve it. If you don’t have access to the theme files on Themeforest, then I would recommend that you purchase your own license, since you won’t be able to update the theme otherwise. Thanks for the that. I tried your shortcode on a local installation, and it worked as it should there. I copied the same shortcodes to a new page on your site, but I see a 403 forbidden error there, and the Layout Builder doesn’t load. It might be that your hosting provider is disallowing iframes in some way, could you try reaching out to them to see if that is the case please?
