Thanks for the update. The account still doesn’t seem to have administrator rights, but it’s ok without it. I created a test page, please see private. If everything works as it should there, then we can copy those shortcodes to your first page.

I can only see a user, but no password. Please include a password to your site as well. I you are overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme, then please try to copy those files from your parent theme, then add you customisations back in after that.

You need to add the excerpt manually when using the Layout Builder. If you can’t see that field when editing your posts, then please select to activate it under Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen. If you are using the Block Editor, then you can find the Excerpt field in the sidebar.

Thanks for that, the FTP login details are working. The WordPress account still doesn’t have administrator rights though, could you upgrade that please?

Please check our documentation on how to update your theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. I would recommend that you perform the update on a staging/development version of your site first, if you are worried about breaking your production site.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license, since you will have problems every time you want to update otherwise.

We can’t tell you exactly what the problem is if we can’t actually see it, but I would recommend that you try to update to the latest version of the theme in any case. If you want to try the update first, then you can update on a staging/development version of the site first.

The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify. If the problems you are having are coming from third party plugins, then please try getting support from the theme developers first of all.

If you could enable debug mode, then we can copy the content of the problem page to a test page as well: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. If you need help with that, then make sure that Appearance->Theme Editor is enabled on your installation, or include FTP login details as well.Best regards,
