Hi Mahmoud,
If you are using the Layout Builder, then there’s no automatic way of doing that. But you could use a Special Heading element on top of each page or post for example, and set it to use the h1 tag in the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you are referring to file compression, then that can be turned off under Enfold->Performance. You can also activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files on the same page.
Best regards,
RikardHi Michaela,
Which settings exactly are not applying? You haven’t set any sizes other than standard for all the headers in the Typography section. I see that you have added some custom CSS in Quick CSS as well, and that is applying to your h6 on the front page for example:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { h1 { font-size: 38px !important; } h3 { font-size: 18px !important; } h4 { font-size: 40px !important; } h6 { font-size: 55px !important; } }If you use important in your CSS statements, then that will override the theme settings.
Best regards,
RikardHey liseunderwater,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#av_product_description .av-parallax { transform: translate3d(0px, 190px, 0px); } #av_product_description { height: 240px; min-height: 240px; }Best regards,

Thanks for the update. Your site is still not loading on my end, same result in 3 different browsers. How can we access your site?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi Leon,
Enfold doesn’t have any caching functionality. If your problems went away after clearing cache, then the problems is likely coming from the sources which is caching your content.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jakob,
Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#menu-item-489 { position: absolute; top: -54px; right: 90px; } #menu-item-490 { position: absolute; top: -54px; right: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHey hmichaela,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { h6.avia-caption-title { font-size: 62px; } }If you are looking to set your headers to different sizes on mobile screens, then you can do so under Enfold->General Styling->Typography.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I still don’t understand what is necessary to do in order to reproduce this problem though? If you could give us instructions on how to do that, then it would be appreciated.

Thanks for the instructions. So you are looking to add a link to the image? If so, then please try to mark the image first, then click the Pen icon to bring up the edit menu. You can add a link and a custom URL in there: https://snipboard.io/drBem1.jpg
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi Meridith,
Do you mean that you cannot login to your WordPress site? If so, then you can request a new password on the login page.
Best regards,
RikardHi James,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain it a bit further please? Also, is it only happening on the page you linked to? You should not need any extra plugins for editing your content.
Best regards,
RikardHi Keith,
The update to 4.9.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi Nina,
Where can we see the form in question? Also, did you try out the suggestions listed here? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-
Best regards,
RikardHi Avery,
I think the easiest way to check the code would be to actually add it to your site. If it should not work or cause problems, then remove it again. I don’t think that the code in question should clash with anything in the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi Katja,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Do you have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme license? If so, then you should be able to get the purchase code there. If you can’t access the account in question, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license.
Best regards,
RikardHey Sigmund,
It seems to be working as it should on my end, could you try checking in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps please? If not, then please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end.

RikardHi,
You should be able to use the slug as well: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_page/. You should be able to get the page ID in the URL, when you edit the page as well.
