    Hello at Kriesi,
I have chosen the webfont “Bitter” from the enfold styling menu. In Backend it is showing well, but in Frontend not. Even stranger is: In the Firefox inspector it shows “font-family: ‘bitter’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;” correct. Problem persists when I choose another font.

    Can you help?

    Best Regards

    Hey Sigmund,

It seems to be working as it should on my end, could you try checking in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps please? If not, then please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,
thanks for coming in. I flushed cache and tried incognito mode. At https://nimb.ws/0GuM9a you see what I see: a sans serif font, in enfold I choosed Bitter. Do you see “Bitter”?

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. It’s working on my end, but that is likely because I have the font in question installed locally. I checked on a test site, it’s working as it should there, and the call to Google fonts is made. I don’t see the same call being made on your site though, does it make any difference if you remove the password protection?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,
thanks for diving deep in. I have deactivated all plugins and pw protection temporally with no results.

    Hi Sigmund,

The reason the google font is not loading is because of the setting selected in Privacy and Cookies disallows visitors to use Google Font’s service.
Try to change the Default Cookie Behavior under Enfold > Privacy and Cookies > Cookie Handling (tab).
For further information, please check: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/privacy-cookies/#default-cookie-and-services-option-settings

    Best regards,
