Thanks for that. I’m not sure exactly what it is, but the Block Editor seems to not want to validate some of your content. I changed the editor to the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme option, and it’s possible to edit after that. Could you continue using the Classic Editor for now?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.0.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

I’m not sure if this is due to old versions or not, but the first step you should take is to update everything. Could you please try that first of all? Also make sure that you have backups of your site before updating, in case something should go wrong.

You can install WooCommerce and install the demo, then you can deactivate WooCommerce if you don’t need it. Or you could let us know which pages you are looking to import, then activate debug mode so that you can add contact using shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

Thanks for the login details. I’ve disabled JavaScript file compression under Performance in the theme options for you, and the menu is working as it should now. There’s likely a conflict between the theme and the SG Optimiser plugin. Please keep this functionality turned off as long as you are using the plugin in question.

Thanks for the update. This should not be necessary during regular updates, only on updates where the structure of for example header.php or footer.php has been changed. The problem now was that header.php needed to be replaced with the parent theme file.

Thanks for the login details. I’m seeing some jQuery error message on the page, but I’m not sure what is causing them. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins, or activated the parent theme?
Profile picture; which image are you referring to? If you mean the profile picture here on the forum, then you can change that on Gravatar.
