Hey jensmart,
If you activate debug moder under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show Advanced Options, then you will be able to see the layout builder shortcodes under the regular layout window. That means that you can copy/paste shortcodes between pages and sites. If you want demo content, then the easiest way would be to import the demo in question on a different site, then copy from there. If that is not an option for you, then please let us know which demo page that you want to copy.

Thanks for the update. Why is that your hosting provider cannot help you? Note that it’s a server error message. A 500 internal server error is the most general error message there is, it basically means “something went wrong”. We cannot help you out with this unless we can get some more information as to why the server is responding like it is.

Both the files you linked to are needed for the theme to function properly. They are both merged files, which means that all theme scripts are included in one file, and all styling is included in the other one. If you want to turn off file compression and merging, then you can do so under Enfold->Performance.

A theme license is valid for a single domain, including sub domains. You will only need a single license.

Coherence is not supported by us anymore unfortunately. You could check out our Enfold theme, but you would have to recreate your current site in the new theme.

Sorry for the late reply. We’ve checked this and it looks like the theme styling and settings are correct. This CSS in your child theme is setting your menu items as white:
/* add new css to fix header style in this version */ .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a, #top .header_color .main_menu .menu ul .current_page_item > a, #top .header_color .main_menu .menu ul .current-menu-item > a, #top .header_color .sub_menu li ul a { color: #fff; }
If you want to target the search icon as well, then please add this CSS as well:
.header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a svg:first-child { stroke: #fff; fill: #fff; }
