There are no general problems like that with the latest release of theme, so it’s likely something local on your sites. Could you share server error logs with us please?

You can try to deregister the Enfold scripts using this in functions.php:
function degister_enfold_woo_scripts() { wp_deregister_script( 'avia_woocommerce_register_assets' ); wp_deregister_script( 'avia_woocommerce_enqueue_styles' ); } add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'degister_enfold_woo_scripts');

If that is what the second one says, then the people who have sold you the theme has changed both the name and the version number.

No, that doesn’t tell us anything unfortunately. A child theme is used to override the parent theme, and the parent theme is what you update. Do you have a theme installed called Enfold? If so, then click on that.

That is correct. We would offer to help you out, but we cannot login to your Envato account since it will ask for a one time pin or code if we login from a different location. That pin or code will be sent to your email if I’m not mistaken.
I had a look at your site, but I couldn’t see which version is installed. It’s very likely not 1.0, I’m guessing that it’s a child theme that you have active? If you look under Apperance->Themes, then click on Enfold, then you can see the actual version. You could also give us access details in private if you would like to have a look for you.

If you want to edit elements from the Layout Builder, then the Layout Builder needs to be activate. So you would have to switch between the two editors.

Thanks for the update. What fixes are you referring to exactly? I see that there are Javascript errors coming from the plugin when trying to move to the next step. See screenshot in private. Fixing problems like that is unfortunately out of scope of theme support. I could report this to our developers though, to see if they can find a solution. You could also submit a feature request here: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/Enfold-Feature-Requests/issues

The first screenshot is from the Envato Market plugin, you don’t need to use that if you don’t want to. We still cannot help you out with generating tokens unfortunately, please try reaching out directly to Envato/Themeforest support.

The update to 7.1.2 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
