Hi,
Thanks for the update, we’ll close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can check which theme is active under Appearance in the WordPress menu, it takes roughly 2 seconds to see which theme is active. I installed a child theme for you, and copied what was in your old child theme. The new child theme was left active.
A theme license is valid for a single domain including sub domains. So yes, you would need a second license for your other site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to activate the parent theme to see if you can edit them after that. If that is the case, then one of the customisations in your child theme is causing the problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, but we cannot reproduce this problem. We haven’t had any other reports of this being a problem either. Did you add any customisations which might be causing this to happen?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#socket .copyright p { display: inline; } #socket .copyright { width: 100%; }
Best regards,
RikardHey Daniel Gustavo,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m not sure exactly what you need help with though? Note that we are not a web development agency, we are the creators of the Enfold WordPress theme. We do not accept any type of custom work outside the scope of our own software.

The only place that you can download the theme files is from a Themeforest account unfortunately. I would suggest that you try reaching out to Themeforest support first of all to see if you can recover you account. If not, then I’m afraid that you would have to purchase a new license.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I didn’t need it after all, so no need to send details for the other site. I’ve activated the latest version of the theme for you, and your site seems to displaying as it should, please review it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Could you give us access to the parent site as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHey amandamilenamohler,
Maybe the file in question is saved on your device? Please note that this is not in any way theme related, so you might have better luck searching for the problem using a search engine.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The quotes in what you pasted last are not valid quotes, you need to change them to regular quotes:

RikardHey frammies,
You need to increase the amount of memory allocated to PHP on your installation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/wp-config/#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It looks like there are invalid characters in your code, this is what I see in the source code:
id="”rr7or”"
Please try removing all extra instances of this character:
”

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The FTP login details are working, thanks for that. We just need to verify that you have backups of your site? Besides regular updates, you should also export the theme settings under Enfold->Import/Export and save it on your local machine.
I can’t say what will happen after the update unfortunately, but the child theme will be intact.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you try setting the p element to the colour of your choice under Enfold->Advanced Styling. You could also check your settings for Main Content Font Color under Enfold->General Styling->Main Content.
Best regards,
RikardHey frammies,
I’m not sure which element you are using, but if that is a Special Heading element then you can set different font sizes for each screen size in the Styling tab in the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can set the colour for all heading and the paragraph tag under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
Best regards,
RikardHey Yuktha V,
Thanks for reaching out. We are not accepting any link exchanges at the moment.
Best regards,
RikardHey frammies,
You can set that in the element options for both the Special Heading and Text Block.

RikardHey koomo,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure why the import is not working unfortunately, there are no error messages and the server settings seems to be as they should. I have imported the demo content for you manually though. Please note that images are not included, and most settings are not either. All settings can be changed either in the theme options, or in the Layout menu for each page though. Please let us know if you should need any further help with this.

RikardHey oburlin,
You could try to use !important in your statements, for example:
a:hover { text-decoration: underline !important; color: black; }

RikardHey Oliver,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Your site is not loading at all on my end, so I couldn’t check which version of the theme you are using. Please make sure that it’s the latest version (7.1.2): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also let us know which demo you are looking to import.
