Hi,
Those elements will appear if you have WooCommerce installed, you don’t need any additional plugins.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but it’s asking for a 2FA code. I do see that you are still running an old version though. If the updates are not coming through via the theme backend, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHey John,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please let us know where we can see and reproduce the problem on your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHey edgeofcinema,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. Maybe you could find a plugin which would implement such functionality?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ve enabled debug mode for you, and I created two test pages, please see private. On the first one I removed the testimonials code, and it’s working as you can see. I pasted the testimonials code in the second page, and it’s not working. Could you try recreating the testimonials on a new page? If you are are copy/pasting content from somewhere, the you might get unwanted content which might be causing this problem. So if you don’t absolutely have to, then please try to not to copy/paste content.

You can set the line height for heading elements under Enfold->Advanced Styling, please try setting your preferred values there.

I’m not sure I understand which space you are looking to alter. Could you try to explain what you are looking to achieve a bit further please? Also please link to where we can see the actual elements on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey ThomasN001,
I checked your site on mobile emulation in Chrome, but I can’t see a scrollbar there. Does that happen on actual devices? Your screenshots look like they are taken from the WordPress backend.

RikardHey NonSuch,
I’m not sure I understand why the emails has to come from the sub folder? Would your hosting provider be able to help you out with setting that up correctly maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What code are you looking to add, and where should it go?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

There are no updates for child themes, it’s up to you what to put in there. Child themes are only used to override the parent theme.

Are you using the Grid Row element? If so, then please check the element options, as you should be able to set the padding for each screen resolution individually.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I checked this page, but the content seems to be correct on my end: https://www.funchannel.org.hk/portfolio-item/homecuisine1/. Did you try checking in a different browser, or a private/incognito tab? If you need further help, then screenshots highlighting the problem might help us understand it better.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It doesn’t seem possible to login to WordPress, it only redirects to your coming soon page. How can we access the backend of your site?

Yoast SEO is a great plugin, and I don’t know of any conflicts with the theme. Did you check if maybe you have set the data in question in the Yoast SEO options on the actual page?

RikardSeptember 6, 2022 at 7:45 pm in reply to: Warnings with PHP version 8.0 FastCGI and 8.1 FastCGI #1364115Hey Renaldpoiss,
Which version of the theme are you running? Did you try deactivating plugins?
Best regards,
RikardHey gb,
Does the same thing happen if you change to a default WordPress theme? Maybe you have set the text in question in an SEO plugin?
Best regards,
RikardHey Renaldpoiss,
Where can we see and reproduce the errors you are getting? The theme is compatible with both PHP 8.0 and 8.1.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you are running a child theme, then it won’t be overwritten during theme updates.
Best regards,
