Just a thought; could it be possible that your account was accessed by someone other than you maybe? That could potentially trigger security protocols.

I’m not sure I understand your intentions with the search though. Do you want to remove the border around the search field, or the background colour of the actual search button?

Thanks for the update. So why did they block your account in the first place? I’m sure it has happened to other users as well, but none of ours as far as I’m aware.

We have an exclusive contract with Envato/Themeforest, so we are not allowed to sell our theme on any other platforms, or directly to customers.

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.1.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for that. I see that you are overriding header.php in your child theme, could you try replacing that with the parent theme file to see if that helps please? You can add your customisations back in after the file has been replaced.
