Autoplay videos are disabled for mobile devices. Using a regular video element where the user has the option to start playing the video on mobile devices might be a good solution.

Thanks for that. It looks like the time limit setting on your server is causing this problem, if you want us to import the demo for you manually then we will need FTP login details as well, please post them in private. For now I’ve imported the shortcodes of the front page demo in the page in private, not that we can’t import any content unless we have FTP login details.
