Hey Naveen,
Thanks for the login details. Please try to rename the plugin folder via FTP in order to deactivate all plugins. You could also try to deactivate the active theme folder. If you need help, then please include FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
It looks like you can set FTP details under Dashboard->FTP Access. Please create a new account there and send us the details.
Best regards,
RikardHey Margrubi,
1. Go to Enfold->Footer, then add this to the copyright field:
[nolink]2. You can edit that under Appearance->Menus. Look for the menu assigned as Enfold Footer Menu.
Best regards,
RikardHi Shane,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not familiar with Plesk, where can we find FTP login details?
Best regards,
RikardHey nimo1024,
You can use any element where you can add an ID, as the ID is the link target. You can use a custom link in the menu, and add your anchor as the link:

RikardOctober 25, 2022 at 7:13 pm in reply to: How to change color of hover-background in burger menu #1370232Hi,
Please try this instead, in order to target the active and focus states:
.html_av-overlay-side #top #wrap_all div .av-burger-overlay-scroll #av-burger-menu-ul a:active, .html_av-overlay-side #top #wrap_all div .av-burger-overlay-scroll #av-burger-menu-ul a:focus { background-color: #bbc7b6!important; color: #fff; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
No I understand that, and I’m trying to come up with solutions as well. If you think that the child theme might be have a problem, then the solution would be to test with something you have created yourself. If the problem still happens after that, then we can remove one potential source of this problem.
If you don’t intend to override any theme files, then you can do without a child theme. But you never know what the future will bring, so having the option to use a child theme would be preferable of course.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ve checked on two different computers and 3 different browser, but I still can’t see that happening on my end.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes it become less responsive cause all of the options are on the main theme.
What options are different? If you are worried about that, then you can import the parent theme setting under Enfold->Import/Export.
Thst should be something with your child theme cause the main theme works perfectly.
If you can find a problem with it, then please let us know what it is. It’s a child theme with no code added, and it hasn’t been touched since it was published years ago. I’ve used it myself for years without any problems, and I’ve checked it just now, there’s still no problem with it on my test sites. You are the only one reporting this problem, so that means it’s likely that the problem is local to your site. You could create your own child theme though, if you want to avoid this potential problem.

That’s what I pointed out in my last message; there is no hover state on mobile devices. If you are looking to alter some other state, then let us know.
Best regards,
RikardHi Karl,
No you don’t, please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support. Note that this is requirement from Envato, it’s not our choice or decision.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, but your site becomes more or less unresponsive on the front end when the child theme is activated. I can’t see any error messages on the front end, so if there are no server errors either, then we don’t have anything to go by really.

Thanks for the update. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element on your site please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It looks correct when logged in, but not when logged out. That means it’s likely that the results when not logged in are served from cache. Is there any server side caching being applied on your site?

RikardHi,
Those are not error messages, they are warnings and should not affect any functionality on your site. Which PHP version are you running on the site? Please make sure that it’s 7.4 or higher.
Best regards,
RikardHey Lene,
I can’t reproduce this problem on my end. Could you describe your actions before this happens please?

It looks correct on my end. How are you actually testing this? You know that there is no hover state on mobile devices, right?
