Hi,

If you check the permalink when editing the page, you can see that it doesn’t correspond with what you initially posted. Please see private. If you want the page in question to be a child of another page, then you can set that in the Page Attributes menu in the right sidebar.

2. And this in Quick CSS as well:

3. There is a conflict with the SG Optimiser plugin, please try to deactivate JavaScript file compression under Enfold->Performance.

4. Where can we see and reproduce this problem?

Hi,

If you are getting different results depending on if you are logged in or not, then it’s very like not a theme problem. There’s nothing in the theme which would show different content depending on if you are logged in or not. Did you check if there is any caching being applied to your site?

If you check the URL with a tool like this, then you can see that there’s a 302 redirect: https://httpstatus.io/. 302 is a temporary redirect, but I can’t tell you where it’s set unfortunately.

I can’t see a popup on my end on either forms, so I’m not sure to be honest with you. I don’t think that this is theme related anyway though, but you can try it out if you check the code which a default WordPress theme is active.

Thanks for the update, I still can’t reproduce this problem though. We need a sure way of reproducing it, otherwise we can’t find a solution for you.

I don’t think that the theme options has anything to do with it. Unless it’s the highlight colour that you want to change?

Thanks for that. This problem does not seem to be theme related, as the results are the same when the Enfold folder is renamed. Please try to restore a backup, or install WordPress again.

Hi Peter,

Did you try with different PHP version? You could try 7.4 or 8.0 for example. If you have plugins active, then please try to deactivate them temporarily as well. If you have server error logs, then please share them with us.
