Hi,
Thanks for the update. I still don’t understand how to reproduce this problem unfortunately, what exactly do we need to do on the pages you linked to? I can’t see a button with the Verfügbarkeit prüfen text on either page. I also don’t understand where you are seeing missing files? The second screenshot in your last post is not working either.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you.

RikardHey Valeriacestari,
Thanks for the login details. The PHP ZipArchive Extension is deactivated on your server, could you try to activate it to see if that helps please? Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that.

Thanks for the update. What settings do we need to set in order to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHey Michael,
You should be able to purchase more than one license at a time in the checkout process: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990. Enfold is only sold through Themeforest.

RikardHey mahfouz86,
Thanks for the login details. It looks like the PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server, could you try activating that please? Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with that.

Are you using the default WordPress block editor to create your post? If so, then I guess you would have to find a full width block. We don’t provide support for that editor though, so it might be better if you post this question on a general WordPress support forum.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? If so, then this is not a theme related problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi Peter,
Please try adding your tracking code under Enfold->Google Services.

RikardHi,

Footer; are you overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme? If so, then those files need to be replaced with the parent theme files. You can add your customisations back in after that.
Elements breaking; we would need to see the actual problem in order to help you out. Maybe you could update on a staging or development version of the site first?
Best regards,
RikardHey plvsultra,
Great, I’m glad that you got your problem solved. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. If you add an ID to the image markup like in private, then you can use CSS like this in Quick CSS:
#velkommen-image { max-width: 200px; }Best regards,

Hi Buro Staal,
Thanks for the update. So everything is working as it should now then?
Best regards,
RikardHey rixi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.html_header_sidebar .logo { padding: 20px 40px; }If you want to adjust this yourself, then the first value is top/bottom, and the second one is left/right.

RikardOctober 30, 2022 at 12:10 pm in reply to: Small glitch in documentation: enfold debug mode without child theme #1370693Hey Jens,
Thanks for pointing that out, the debug code should be added after this code if you are not using a child theme:
if( isset( $avia_config['use_child_theme_functions_only'] ) ) { return; }Best regards,
RikardHey AuroraArcus,
I can see the image you are using, but I’m not sure what you are looking to change on mobile. Could you try to explain your intentions a bit further please? Also, on which page are you using the image? I can’t see it on your front page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. Please try something like this in your functions.php file:
function nuslyz_add_footer_script(){ if (is_page( array( 42, 10 ) ) ) { ?> YOUR SCRIPT GOES HERE! <?php } } add_action('wp_footer', 'nuslyz_add_footer_script', 999);Add the ID’s of your pages in the array, and your script where indicated. https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_page/

Sorry for the late reply. I can’t see any error messages on the pages you linked to, could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please? Note that our support for unsupported plugins is limited.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jutta,
Sorry for the late reply. I’ve brought this up for discussion internally, but there are no further suggestions from any of the other team members unfortunately. We could try to move all your code to a new page to see if that changes anything, but the login details you posted earlier are not working anymore, so I couldn’t do it for you right now.
The other thread that you linked to has no further information other than what is in the thread.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The situation is now reversed; WordPress login details are working, but FTP details are not. Please check all the login details you posted, and make sure that the WordPress account has administrator rights.
