Hey Dave,

Please check your settings under Enfold->Performance->Disabling Of Template Builder Elements. If you set that option Manually loaded elements, then you can select which elements to load.

Are you sure that you are installing the correct file? Please try to unzip the file you downloaded from Themforest, then upload the theme zip file located in that folder.

First of all, please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (5.2.1): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If the problem is coming from your child theme, then please try to activate the parent.

All the warnings seem to be coming from a plugin called Front end editor or something similar, could you try deactivating that please?

Those warnings look to be generated by code which has been added to your child theme. Please check the files in the warnings, on line 142 in the first one, and on line 100 in the second one.
