Hi,

Thanks for the update. The log in private doesn’t indicate any problems coming from the theme, it’s only referring to WooCommerce files. When that was logged, was WooCommerce the only active plugin? Did you modify any WooCommerce core files? You could try to reinstall WooCommerce, to see if that makes any difference.

Hi,

It might be because the menu load time extends beyond the max execution time set on the server, you can test that by setting a higher value.

Are you referring to cells which have background images, but no content? If so, then please try adding the Separator/Whitespace element to them.

Hey jmsw,

Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 404 error on the file in private, I’m not sure why that is though. Could you share server error logs with us please? You might want to reach out to your hosting provider as well, to check if they know why the server is responding with that error code. You could also try using an alternate method of copying your site, and it’s not really a theme problem if third party software has caused a problem to occur.

I’m not sure I understand which borders you are looking to remove, but you can try this in Quick CSS to lighten the hover overlay:

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. I’ve renamed the parent and child theme for now, which gives you access to the backend of your site. When I try to activate the parent, the fatal error comes back though. Do you have server error logs which you could share with us please?

You could try to reinstall WordPress, but I don’t think WordPress core is to blame for this. Are you sure that this is not caused by a plugin for example?

It looks like you are using the Fullwidth Easy Slider there? You can edit the buttons and links if you click into each slide, then go to Advanced->Link Settings.

Hi,

I’m not sure exactly what those shortcodes are doing unfortunately, but wouldn’t it be easier to simply design your footer in a new page, then assign it to be used as your footer under Enfold->Footer? Investigating what those shortcodes actually do and why they are not working could take hours, and designing a new footer would likely not take more than 30 minutes.
