    Hey banyusa,

    Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme? If so, then please try to replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.

    Most resources on your site is still served from a cached source. If that is the case, we can’t really say what the problem could be. Please try to clear all caches again, and completely turn any caching off until we have checked the problem.

    Hi,

    Creating a new page seems to render the exact same server problem, I’m not sure why though. Could you share server error logs with us please? You could also try to deactivate all plugins and remove any custom code, to see if that makes any difference.

    Hi,

    You can add that text in the Excerpt field. If you are using the Classic Editor then you can activate it under Screen Options in the top right hand corner when editing a post. If you are using the Block Editor, then it’s available in the sidebar.

    For the rounded images, then it’s likely better that you add a class to the images in question. You can do so under Advanced->Developer Settings in the element options. Then add this to Quick CSS:

    .your-custom-class img {
  border-radius: 30px;
}

    Hi,

    Nothing will happen to your site if you don’t update it for a while, but eventually it might be that it’s no longer compatible with the server it’s hosted on. You might not be able to edit it, or it might not render at all. That might take a long time, but it’s very likely to happen if it’s not updated on a regular basis.

    If you can’t access the account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this same problem every time you want to update, or need to access the theme files.

    Enfold is not a plugin, it’s a theme, and it has never been free.

    Thanks for that. I’ve compared your staging and live site, but I can’t see any obvious problems with the staging site. Could you post screenshots highlighting the problems please? If you could include WordPress login details to the staging site, then that would be helpful as well.

    Hi,

    Autoplay videos are not supported on all mobile formats, that’s why it’s disabled on mobile. You might want to use the regular Video element on mobile instead, then hide it for larger screen resolutions in the element options.

    Hey pnamroud,

    I’m guessing that you are using the Layout Builder when creating your posts? If so, then the behaviour is as designed. You have to add all content manually to posts which are created with the Layout Builder, you can use the Post Metadata to add the details you listed above.
