    Hey Team Kriesi,

    I like the possibility of the bottom border styling section being diagonal. But I would also like to set the top edge diagonally. Is there a way to do this?

    If there is a section that is above the section where you want the divider, you can set up a bottom divider for that section.
    Another option would be to give the color section a custom class, and all of these will have the top divider mirrored up.
    See here – my snippet for a divider between a slider and the next color section. Since the slider doesn’t have this option, we need this trick here.

    you are concerning to the svg dividers ? or have you done it with the slant option? – i would always prefer the svg dividers.

    @IHEA    : As suggested above, you can add another color section with a bottom divider and place it above the other section.

    Thx for your replys but I forgot to mention that I only dabbled in creating websites to be able to build my own site, so I’m just using the possibilities of the theme without knowing CSS or knowing how to use SVG.
    I also had the idea of ​​a section above it, but wasn’t able to crop the other section. I will try again…

    the SVG separators are not tricky and you even have a nice preview of what the settings will do.

    Oh Mann… das wäre ein Smiley wert der sich mit der Hand vor den Kopf schlägt…

    Hab mal kurz deine wirklich phantastische Anleitung näher angesehen und musste feststellen, dass ich aus Unwissenheit ein wirklich simples aber extrem gutes Tool übersehen habe. Vielen Dank Guenni fürs Augen öffnen!

    Ich hätte nur noch als letzte Frage, wie ich verhindern kann das ein SVG ein darüber eingefügtes Element überdeckt.

    Hast du mal den Link zu deiner Seite ?

    zunächst ist ja auch das “bring to front” im svg divider – wenn das aktiviert ist, bekommt das svg bzw. der wrapper einen z-index von 100.
    mach diesen haken mal raus.

    PS gut das im Screenshot dein Tel gut zu sehen war ;) die Seite zu inspizieren ist nämlich leichter als Vermutungen anzustellen.

    OK, das verwundert mich, ich hatte ohne den Haken das SVG nur hinter dem Element…aber jetzt funktioniert es hervorragend. Naja, wenn man eher Laie ist, fällt der Anfang schwer.
    Aber ich bin sehr lernfähig. :D
