I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.4.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.4.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

I removed the CSS you added and checked in a private browser window after that, but I can’t see the admin bar after that. Please let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing. I can’t reproduce this problem on a test installation either.

If someone from out team has recommended something, then I’m sure they have used and tested that plugin and found it to be working well. That can of course change anytime, and we don’t test new theme releases with unsupported plugins.
I had a look at your site, but I can’t see anything obviously wrong with it. If you point out the problem, then we might be able to find an easy solution. If not, then I would have to direct you the plugin developers, or try using a different plugin.

Themeforest is the only outlet where we sell Enfold. If you have purchased it somewhere else, then I would suggest that you don’t use the files provided by that outlet on your website.

When you pick the image from the WordPress gallery, then there should be an option in the sidebar where you can pick the image size.

The problems you are describing are very likely not related to Enfold. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? You could also try to deactivate all plugins except WooCoomerce, to see what happens after that.

Thanks for the login details. You need to assign a menu to be the main menu under Appearance->Menus, otherwise it will display all published pages. Check the Enfold Hauptmenü box when the menu you want to use it active.
If you don’t need any type of shop functionality, then you should be able to deactivate WooCommerce.

It works great on my end when I apply the CSS in the browser: https://snipboard.io/8T4zXx.jpg. Try adding it again, then inspect the element in your browser to make sure it’s actually applying.
