Most likely because the tags are inside of ALB elements, I know this is the case with Yoast SEO anyway, not sure what plugin you are using though. Don’t put all your faith and trust in SEO analysis tools and plugins, they are not perfect. As long as your text and tags are visible on the page and in the code they can be crawled and search engines will find them. If you get an orange or green light from an SEO plugin is less important :)

You could try to overwrite you theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

No problem, could you try to link your home link to #fullscreen_slider_0 instead to see if that works? That is the ID of your slider and it should work the same way as using #top.

I’m not sure what you mean by that, the easy slider will contain within the grid so that is not a problem caused by having it in a color section. If you want a full width slider you could use the layer slider instead.
