Yes you would have to set a maximum height or put it inside a wrapper which has a maximum height, or just use images with the same height.

It looks fine on most screen sizes, what was the initial problem? You might want to try percentage instead of pixels also to see if that helps.

You can change the font for the menu under Enfold–>Advanced Styling

Please add this to Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling to get rid of the borders:
```
#top.avia-blank #main .container_wrap:last-child {
  border-bottom-width: 0px !important; 
}

.responsive #top.avia-blank #main .main_color.container_wrap:first-child{
border-color: white !important;
}
```
Set the header not to shrink by going to Enfold–>Header–>Header Behaviour and uncheck Shrinking Header
