    FYI

    Using Enfold 3.1.5 and just updated LayerSlider to 5.4.0 – Before LayerSlider update there was no problem
    After update all LayerSlider banners went blank on the site although there is some code in the page source

    I am having the same issue. The new layerslider update now shows a white screen. Here is the latest updates..

    newEntirely new documentation

    Same issue here. White space on my pages where the slider is normally shown.

    Edit: Strange, but true: when I disable the layerslider plugin, the slider on my page returns.

    Hey!

    Thanks for the notice. It would be best to leave it deactivated as we already have it installed in Enfold. We will most likely add the latest version in a future update after we have done more testing with it.

    I also had to switch back to the theme version (5.3.2) The paid version which I use on other sites, has a bunch of skins. Is it possible to add them to the Enfold version?

    Hey!

    Perhaps you could copy them into LayerSlider/static/skins/. If they are not working or if you see weird behaviour it would be best to wait for the update.

    Hey
    Same issues with me.

    – with layer slider 5.4 i got white space but i can show the sliders via shortcode. My problem there is to get the padding top/bottom to 0px as the shortcode is in the textbox. However i could edit all sliders which was broken before.

    – with the included 5.3.2 ich have no padding problem but i can not edit 2 of 3 sliders! (even so they show up).

    Hey!

    as said before please leave layer slider plugin deactivated, as it is already installed in Enfold. So just wait for a new Enfold update, where Kriesi will implement the new layer slider version as well.
    If you really need the new layer slider version now, then you would need to contact layer slider support.
