Hi,

It’s likely that the connection is denied for security reasons, since your site URL contains https, but doesn’t have a valid SSL certificate. Maybe you could try importing the demo on a local installation, then transfer that to the live site instead?

If the site isn’t live on more than one server then you will only need a single license.

I can’t say what you will have to do during the transfer unfortunately. I would suggest that you begin the transfer, and ask for help here if you should need it.

Thanks for that. I see the problem on your site, but like I mentioned earlier, I can’t reproduce it on a test installation. Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins? You might want to copy the site to a staging site if you don’t want us to mess anything up on your production site.

Thanks for the login details. I deleted the LayerSlider element on the front page, then saved, then added it back again. It’s working after that. Please repeat the process for any other sliders which might not be working.
