You should be able to position the caption by editing the slide and selecting the setting you want under Caption Positioning

ALB means Avia Layout Builder, the Enfold editing screens as opposed to the default WordPress editor.

You can use the following to add meta data to your post:

You should be safe doing what Elliot wrote but please always back up before updating anything really, things can go wrong and if you have a backup you can restore it to the previous state. If you don’t want to delete/update then please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
