RikardHey,
If you remove the markup the theme won’t function as it should which I think would be very bad for SEO/usability, so I don’t think it’s a very good idea to do so. Have you received any notices from Google that it’s affecting your ranking or have you experienced any drop in rankings because of it?

Ok, I see the problem now. Not sure what could be the cause but it’s most likely due to unclosed markup or the shortcode you are using. Could you try to recreate the columns but use as much of the Enfold elements instead of writing everything in a single text block? You could use the special header element for headers and text block for paragraphs for instance.

RikardHi dezine09,
Could you try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps?

RikardHi,
You might have to use !important after you CSS statements, like this for example:
.example-class { color:red !important; }Best regards,
RikardAugust 15, 2015 at 6:26 am in reply to: Farbiger Menu-Button mit direktem Link auf externe Seite #488121Hi jgrune,
You can add a custom link to your menu by selecting it in the left hand menu under Appearance–>Menus. Just paste your external link in the URL field.

RikardHi,
I think it will be very difficult for us to find out what wrong if we can’t inspect the page itself unfortunately. Is it only on a local server or on a live server but in production mode? If it’s on a live server then please provide us with a temporary login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Sorry, my bad, but thanks for the details anyway. I’m a bit baffled by this to be honest, I’ve never seen it before and I see no reason why it should be happening, I’ll ask the rest of the team to have a look as well. The only thing I can think of is that a file has gone corrupt somewhere so if you could try to overwrite all theme files via FTP with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I tried logging in at the address in private but I get a 500 internal server error, what is the URL for logging in to the backend?
Regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the link, I think we will have to take a look at the backend as well. Could you send us an admin login please? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
