Thanks for the update. What exactly is not fixed? If you can’t find the difference between your staging and live site, then maybe you could try rolling back a backup on your live site?

If your staging site is working as it should, then maybe you could simply overwrite your production site with that? Or you could compare what is different between the two sites, then it’s likely that you will find the problem.

We haven’t tested the theme with any plugins like that unfortunately. Note that there is a pricing table option in the Table element, if you should prefer to use that instead.

Thanks for the update. I don’t think you should need that file at all to be honest with you. Please try to download it to your local machine first, then delete it from the server. If you should need the file in question at a later point, then you can simply upload it again.

That is not possible unfortunately, but there are plugins available for WordPress which can export your site as html.

If you don’t have access to the theme Themeforest account which was used to purchase your license, then that is what you need to get first of all. If you can’t get it, then I would recommend purchasing a new license.
After you have access to the theme files, then the update to 5.6.2 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

I imported the problem shortcodes on a test site, and editing works without any problems there. Please see private. It’s likely that the problem is local to your site. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time on debugging this problem, then I would suggest that you either recreate the problem pages, or copy the shortcodes in section by section from your development site. If you add section by section, then you will be able to see when the editing starts breaking.
