Hi,
Thanks for the update. It looks like your server is not allowing the action in question (403 error). Please reach out to your hosting provider for further help with that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You need to change the logo in both languages in the theme options, I’ve done that for you and it’s working as expected.

RikardHey limedrop,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home .logo { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHey Yaphoon,
That is because you are using full width elements on the page, it will display below the last full width element.

Please make sure that you haven’t selected for the main menu items to be displayed as Mega Menu elements under Appearance->Menus.

RikardHey limedrop,
No, it’s not a known problem. Did you try it out on a clean installation using the latest version of both theme and plugin? Please note that our support for unsupported third party plugins is limited.

If you want that box under the content, then please use the Classic Editor. When the Block editor is active, then it will appear in the sidebar.

RikardHey Anna_Tewes,
It looks like that is an empty cell with a minimum height added to it in the element options? You could hide the grid in question for mobile in the element options, then crete a different grid which would be visible only on mobile. You can set the visibility in the Advanced tab in the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHey philjpjohnson,
Could you share server error logs with us please? The memory limit you are adding might be a bit low, you could try to double it to see what happens then.
Best regards,
RikardHey Izack ,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We don’t do custom web designs, but we do develop a theme which has several pre made demos. You can view all the demos here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/

It’s likely not theme related, but please try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see any theme errors in there, and there are no errors in the browser console either, so we don’t have any clues to go on unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can see what is going wrong please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why, but the CSS file generation for individual pages and posts is not working on your site. I’ve turned that off using a filter in function.php in the child theme I installed, and everything is working as expected after that. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey jenny,
Thanks for the login details, the login page is returning a 404 error though. Please check and post a working login page URL.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Great, I’m glad to hear that you made some progress. Does it work as expected if you recreate the slider as well?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, we’ll look into adding functionality like that for a future version of the theme.

RikardHey Jason,
The theme styling will only apply to elements from the Layout Builder, we don’t have any plans on applying our own styling to Gutenberg blocks.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

.avia-chrome .av-styling-circle .avia_image { overflow: auto !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see that happening on my end, did you try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window on the devices in question?
Best regards,
