Are you using a plugin? I’m not sure if mobile browsers are supporting the file extension you are using, maybe you could try mp3 instead?

You will need custom CSS for that, if you add the image you want using a builder element or plain html code in a code block we can have a look. Please post a mockup or screenshot highlighting what you would like to achieve, otherwise it’s difficult for us to know.

You are getting a bunch of 503 and 403 errors on that page, I’m not sure why but you should check the file permissions for the files in question. Your hosting provider could likely give you better answers why you are getting those errors than we can.
