Hi @Dave,
Did you have any luck with @FloakaEditor last suggestion? If not then please post a screenshot highlighting the changes you want to make and we’ll have a closer look at it.
Best regards,
RikardHey Wils1234,
If you publish the post with the ALB instead of default editor you will not get the regular post items you want to get rid of, you can also select to not show a sidebar in the Layout menu on the right hand side of the edit screen.
Thanks,

Couldn’t see anything on the page you linked to, what is it supposed to display? Please post admin login details in private and try to explain a bit further what the problem is.
@Mimi, I couldn’t see a problem like that on your site. Could you post a screenshot it so that we can see what is going wrong please? You might want to start a new thread, it tends to get messy when we’re trying to help more than one user in a single thread.
Best regards,
RikardHi Alexia,
Please let us know if you should have any more questions on the topic.

I’m not sure but it very much sounds like there something being blocked in your office environment, could you think of anything on your network which might be different to your network at home for instance? I would try resetting all modems/routers etc. you might have in your office to see if that helps. Unfortunately this is not our area of expertise but we will try to help you out anyway.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok I see, are you using any caching plugins or similar? If so please try to deactivate them while you are making changes to your site. Your hosting provider might be using varnish cache, you might want to check if that is the case. If you should still be having problems then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.
Thanks,
RikardHi @DJQuad,
What font are you trying to use and what have you done so far? We might need access to the backend of your site if you can share admin login details privately. You might want to open a new thread since the original poster will be able to see your details.

Try toggling the settings and save, sometimes they can be a bit slow to react. If you should have any further problem them please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
