    I need to put in a banner/image above the header. I would prefer to do this with a widget. I have tried what you recommend in ‘Adding a widget area to the header’ – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/

    But the widget area created comes beneath the header and I want it above the header. Please help.

    Hi @mkdreirad,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

    #ajdg_bnnrwidgets-3 {
        top: -200px !important;
    }

    #header_main {
        padding-top: 80px !important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
    I am quite fit with CSS, so that is not the solution i was looking for. The purpose of this widget is to act as a banner-ad. But that wont be there all the time, just when someone bought the space. I can’t just put the css in and tell my customer he has to take it out and put it in everytime the ad is sold or not…
    Isn’t there a way to insert the whole thing over the header-area?
    Thanks,
    Max

    Hi!

    you would need to search for special programs or plugins with such a function. Otherwise feel free to hire a freelance developer for this job.

    Cheers!
