Are you overriding for example header.php in a child theme? If so, then please try to activate the parent to see if the problem goes away. Also please remove any other custom code temporarily to see what happens then.

Thanks for the update, but the theme has never had the functionality you are referring to. Maybe it’s added by a plugin or custom code? We can’t restore or fix something which isn’t part of our theme unfortunately.

Try to check if WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT is added twice in wp-config.php, then remove the instance which is not needed.

Thanks for the update. So when you publish a page, then you have to both update it as a draft and the published version? Like I wrote above, if a page is published then it’s no longer a draft. It can’t be both at the same time.
If you have a save as draft button on a page, then that page is not published yet.

There’s nothing like that in the theme by default. You might want to try and search for plugin or custom code which would enable that for you.

Thanks for the update. I still can’t login to WordPress unfortunately, did you verify the login details? If you did and they are working, then your hosting provider or something else might be blocking access. I’m getting a regular WordPress login error though, please see private.
We can’t login into your Themeforest account, since it’s asking for a passcode as well.
If you could share working FTP login details with us, then we could upload the theme files to your server for you.

Thanks for that. The warnings you posted should not affect any functionality on your site, and it should not cause the site to go down. One of the warnings seems to be caused by JetPack as well, and it’s all triggered by the same WordPress file. Are cron jobs disabled by your hosting provider maybe? You might want to find server error logs as well, as warnings would not cause any down time. It’s likely caused by something else.

The first warning is coming from wp-config.php, which is a general WordPress file. Please try fixing that first of all, to see if that helps. You could check if debugging is active in the same file: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. If it is, then please try turning it off.
Note that these are warnings, and should not affect any functionality on your site.
