Thanks for that. I created a new FTP account, please see private. Those details are working, and lead to the root folder. I can see that Enfold is uploaded there already though, so we would need access to the actual WordPress site in order to help you out further. I checked the previous WordPress login details that you posted, but they are still not working unfortunately.

Thanks for the update and clarification. If you can’t provide us with working FTP login details, then we can’t upload the theme files for you, it’s as simple as that. If the FTP login details that your got from your hosting provider leads to the wrong place on the server, then please continue the discussion with them, because we have to control over your hosting account.

Thanks for the login details. I activated the previous option for Maintenance mode, then selected the option which is not a page and saved. I then turned off Maintenance mode again. Please check if everything is working as it should now.
