Hi,

You might need to increase the memory limit as that is the error you are getting, could you try it please? The demos are not included in the installation file, only through the Import function in the theme options. Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. If you enable debug mode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, you will be able to see all shortcodes below the builder. You can then simply copy/paste the shortcode you would like to use.

If you should need any further help then please try to explain what you are trying to do and include admin login details to your installation so that we can have a closer look.

It’s difficult to help you if we can’t see the actual installation, but you could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

The white space looks reversed on my end compared to your screenshots, the white space is appearing under the menu. I’m not sure if this is intentional or not?

Hi @Fiorilla,

We are only allowed to include the plugin within the theme, not as a standalone plugin. If you want the latest version available to you immediately you would have to purchase it separately. I’m not sure how it’s a security issue though, would you care to elaborate on that please?
