Your existing content should not be overwritten if you import a demo. If you want to play it safe, then I would suggest that you copy the site to a staging or local site, then try the import there first.

Thanks for the update. Your logo is an image, so you would have to edit it in software like Photoshop, or something similar. We can’t change the colour of the logo for you via code.
