Hi,

Your problem is not really theme related but I would recommend you to get your site cleaned with a service like Sucuri. You could also try to overwrite your theme files via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You might have to reinstall WordPress as well.

Hey volocom7,

Unfortunately not, auto play is disabled on mobile devices because of manufacturer limitation. But you can set a fallback image in the element options though.

Hi,

I think the easiest way to achieve that would be to rename the child theme and leave the parent as it is. Otherwise you will not get the automatic updates as you pointed out.

Not by default but you could try to enable debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then copy/paste the shortcode you want into your accordion to see if that works.
