Well it looks like a bug we had a few months back but it’s fixed so I thought you had an old parent active initially. I’m not sure what is causing it to be honest, could you try removing all custom CSS you have applied to the menu and then add the arguments back one by one to see which one is causing the trouble maybe?

Most of the moderators are actually not in Austria, we are spread out across the whole planet actually :-)

The problem text block, does it contain an iframe or something similar? My guess is that the network reacts to traffic coming from a third party and might block it.

1. I don’t see any point to putting it on a sub domain, and you would not have to buy another license if it’s on the same site no.

2. I’m not sure how you would achieve that, maybe you could try asking the same question on a WooCommerce forum? I think there are people better equipped to help you out with that there.
