Thanks for the login details. If things are working as they should when the parent theme is active, then it’s likely that something you have added to the child is causing the problem. Please try to remove all customisations, then add them back one by one to see when the problem starts.

Thanks for that. The problem goes away when the parent theme is active, so the problem is coming from your child theme. Please try removing all your customisations from the child theme, then add them back one by one to see when the problem starts again.

Did you try to clear the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t help, then please post admin WordPress login details to your site in private, and let us know where we can see the actual problem.
