The first error message is likely caused by uploading the wrong file. Did you try unpacking the file you are trying to use on your local machine? Try uploading the theme file located inside of the file you were trying to upload initially.

503 error is a server error which is likely not theme related: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/503

Thanks for the update. The video element doesn’t support iframe or wistia, so there’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. If you need a fallback image behind the video, then you might be able to set one using CSS in the container which contains the iframe.

What exactly did you customise? If you didn’t change any core theme files, then you can import the settings from the parent theme under Enfold->Import/Export.

The child theme on our site is the latest version.

Thanks for the update, but I don’t really have any further suggestions for you unfortunately. If the content changes depending on the content in the iframe, then I think you will have to place the ID some place else than on the actual form.
