I’ve added this CSS for you:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1500px) {
  nav.main_menu {
    display: block !important;
  }
  #avia-menu .menu-item {
    display: none;
  }
  .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special {
    display: block;
  }
}

It activates the mobile menu at 1500 pixels wide screens. Please review your site.

1. What exactly would you like to alter on the send button in the contact form?

2. Do you want to reverse the colours on hover in the Team Member element?

The warning is just that – a warning. It’s there to alert users to the fact that custom html markup and special characters can break the layout. If your layout is fine, then you can disregard the warning.
