It looks like you have added html markup in the custom CSS field, if you want flexheadline to be the class, then only add that to the custom CSS field.

Like accurIT Presence wrote a backup and a child theme should be enough. Updating the site on a staging version first would be a good idea as well. If you want to bring your precautions even further then I would recommend that you run Visual Regression Testing and automatised testing on the site as well.

ALB = Advanced Layout Builder which is the builder in Enfold. If you want to import a specific demo page, then please link to it directly here. Your previous link goes to the theme overview, if you click Remove Frame in the top right hand corner of the screen then you will be able to see the full URL.
